Nexrythm LLC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexrythm LLC (“the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you use https://nexrythm.com/ (the “Service”), and describes the privacy choices available to you. 1. Definitions

 

  • You / User — the individual, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is acting, who accesses or uses the Service. Under the GDPR, You may also be referred to as the Data Subject.

  • Affiliate — any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common ownership or control (50% or more of voting interests) with the Company.

  • Website / Service — https://nexrythm.com/.
  • Country — United States.

  • Usage Data — information collected automatically through use of the Service, such as page visit duration.
  • Do Not Track (DNT) — a browser setting that lets users signal they do not wish to be tracked across websites.
  • Business / Consumer / Sale — as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Personal Data

While You use the Service, We may ask You to provide certain personally identifiable information, which may include:

  • Phone number
  • Address, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code
  • Banking details, where needed to process payment for services
  • Usage Data

If You pay by bank transfer, We may also request information to verify Your identity and complete the transaction, such as a date of birth, a government-issued ID, or a bank statement.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically and may include Your device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages of the Service You visit, the date and time of Your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and similar diagnostic data. When You access the Service from a mobile device, We may also collect the device type, unique device ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.

Third-Party Sign-In

If the Service allows You to register or log in through a third-party account (for example, Google), We may collect Personal Data already associated with that account, such as Your name, email address, and related profile information, consistent with the permissions You grant.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Service Providers, to support operations such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and communications;
  • Affiliates, who will be bound by this Privacy Policy;
  • Business partners, to offer joint products, services, or promotions;
  • Successors, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets;
  • Regulators and law enforcement, where required to comply with telecommunications, robocall-mitigation, or other legal obligations.

4. Data Retention

 

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements (including telecom recordkeeping obligations), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security, functionality, or legal compliance purposes.

Your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where the Company or its Service Providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in Your jurisdiction.   • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including for direct marketing;
  • Request erasure of Your data where there is no continuing legal basis to retain it;
  • Request portability of data You provided, where technically feasible;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We process Personal Data on the legal bases of consent, contract performance, legal obligation, vital interests, public interest, or legitimate interest, as applicable. You may contact Us to exercise these rights, and You have the right to lodge a complaint with Your local data protection authority.

10. Your Rights Under the CCPA

 

If You are a California resident, You have the right to:

  • Be notified of the categories and purposes of Personal Data collection;
  • Request details of Personal Data disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the past 12 months;
  • Opt out of the sale of Your Personal Data;
  • Know the categories, sources, and business purposes for collecting or sharing Your Personal Data, and the categories of third parties involved;
  • Request deletion of Personal Data collected in the past 12 months;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any CCPA right.

We will respond to verifiable requests free of charge within 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

We do not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration. Some Service Providers (for example, advertising partners) may engage in activity that qualifies as a “sale” under the CCPA’s broad definition. You may opt out of such sharing through Your browser’s cookie settings, or by contacting Us directly. Opt-outs are browser- and device-specific.

11. “Do Not Track” Signals

 

The Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Some third-party sites linked from the Service may honor DNT preferences; check your browser settings to manage this.

12. Children’s Privacy

 

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 13. If You believe a child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can remove it. We may also limit the information We collect from users between 13 and 18.

13. Links to Other Websites

 

The Service may link to third-party websites not operated by Us. We encourage You to review the privacy policy of any site You visit; We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
